BRIAN MERRICK ATTENDS PRESTIGIOUS INTERNATIONAL LUXURY ALLIANCE SUMMIT
Brian Merrick, a Global Luxury Specialist affiliated with the Coldwell Banker office in Malibu, California, recently attended the invitation-only Fall 2021 International Luxury Alliance Real Estate Summit hosted at the elegant Stein Eriksen Lodge, Deer Valley ski resort in Park City.
Representing the Malibu real estate marketplace, Merrick was part of an elite group of approximately 70 luxury real estate marketing experts from around the world invited to attend the summit. The event's special guest speaker was Steve Gold, real estate agent with The Corcoran Group in Manhattan and star of Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing New York." Gold shared his powerful strategies for marketing real estate on social media. Speakers included M. Ryan Gorman, president and CEO of Coldwell Banker; Pamela Liebman, president and CEO of The Corcoran Group; Gehringer and Michael Altneu, vice president of luxury for Coldwell Banker.
As part of the three-day networking event, Merrick and his/her colleagues participated in roundtable discussions, were treated to VIP experiences, and had opportunities to enjoy each other in scenic Utah.

Civic minded, Brian is the current Chairman of the City of Malibu Public Works Commission and a recipient member of the LA Philanthropic Foundation.
A graduate of Pepperdine University with a degree in economics, Brian was an NCAA Academic All American and captain of the #1 ranked volleyball team in the NCAA. He and his wife of 20 years, Judy, who works with him, are the proud owners of a rescue dog. When Brian finds time for himself, he’s an avid gardener, surfer, waterman and mountain biker.
